1. General

The contract is concluded between Palacios Relations GmbH, Rosenweg 25b, CH-3007 Bern - here called Palacios Relations GmbH - and you.

 

2. Conclusion of contract

As soon as you have registered for a course / training / seminar, this is binding. The binding participation relates fully and exclusively to the dutiful and truthful personal details given in the form or application document. Your email address will automatically be entered in the newsletter distribution list.

Palacios Relations GmbH reserves the right to reject participants and an application for payment in installments due to inconsistent requirements for the diploma training. In this case there is no binding cost obligation. Participants who have already registered online for the hypnotherapy diploma course may be rejected by Palacios Relations GmbH if there are appropriate reasons for doing so.

By confirming the terms and conditions and submitting your order on the order overview page, you are making a binding offer to purchase the works displayed. Palacios Relations GmbH accepts your offer for the delivery of the goods. Palacios Relations GmbH is free to reject offers without giving reasons.

If you discover a faulty delivery of your order, we ask you to let us know.

 

3. Delivery

The delivery of printed books and audio book CDs will be made to the delivery address you have specified. If a work is not available or can only be delivered with a delay at the time of ordering, we will indicate this on the website if we already know about it. If a work is temporarily unavailable after publication, we will inform you of this by email. In this case you can withdraw from the purchase at any time. If a title has not yet been published, you grant Palacios Relations GmbH the right to reserve the work. Palacios Relations GmbH will send you announced new publications immediately after they have been published by the publisher.

For Switzerland, Palacios Relations GmbH will charge you a shipping fee of CHF 7.00. For all other EU countries there is a shipping fee of CHF 12.00. Palacios Relations GmbH is entitled to make partial deliveries without incurring any additional postage or packaging costs.

When delivering to an EU country, you will be responsible for any applicable taxes and duties.

 

4. Cancellation of lecture and course registrations

If you want to cancel your registration at a later date, a written request with valid reasons must be submitted to Palacios Relations GmbH at least 60 days before the start of the course. Requests in the form of emails will be rejected. After the application form has been submitted, Palacios Relations GmbH is able to invoice the training or seminar costs. Cancellations are accepted free of charge up to 90 days before the start of the training or seminar. In the case of cancellations made within 90 days before the start of the training or seminar, 50% of the training or seminar costs will be charged. In the event of cancellations during the training or seminar period, 100% of the training or seminar costs are to be borne by the course participants.

 

4. Payment terms

After placing an order or registering, you will be taken to the selected payment gateway, where you can transfer the outstanding amount directly. The invoice amount as well as the stated shipping costs are due immediately and without deductions with the order, even if it is a partial delivery. Payment on account is only possible for consumers over the age of 18. If they are subject to VAT, all prices already include VAT, unless expressly stated otherwise.

If you are in default of payment, Palacios Relations GmbH is entitled to demand default interest. We reserve the right to transfer overdue claims to an external debt collection company. The resulting costs are to be borne by the obligee.

The delivered goods remain the property of Palacios Relations GmbH until they have been paid for in full.

 

5. Warranty and liability

Should you prove to Palacios Relations GmbH a defect in the delivered goods, Palacios Relations GmbH will either arrange for a replacement delivery or removal of the defect. If Palacios Relations GmbH does not succeed within eight weeks, you either have the right to cancel the purchase or to reduce the purchase price.

Palacios Relations GmbH is liable for damage it has caused in the event of a breach of the main contractual obligations and in the absence of a guaranteed property of the goods. In addition, Palacios Relations GmbH is only liable under the Product Liability Act. Liability for the breach of secondary contractual obligations is excluded.

 

5.1 Exclusion of liability through participation in seminars, training courses and online courses

As part of the seminars and training courses of Palacios Relations GmbH, various therapeutic techniques, inductions, methods and therapy models from hypnotherapy as well as from models created by Palacios Relations GmbH itself are practically implemented and practiced.

As a participant, I hereby expressly waive all claims arising from damage, injuries, consequential damages or other, direct or indirect, negative consequences that could arise in connection with my participation in the seminar, face-to-face course, distance learning or online courses / online seminars. Liability on the part of Palacios Relations GmbH is also rejected and excluded for damage caused by course participants. The participant decides on their own responsibility which exercise they want to be carried out with them. Palacios Relations GmbH also rejects all liability for negative consequences, damage cases, injuries or consequential damage not only within the framework of the seminar and training days, but also within the framework of independent use on other people such as yourself, during and without time restrictions after already Completed seminar / course / online content.

5.2 Exclusion of liability through participation in face-to-face training courses and distance learning courses

Depending on the country / state or even federal state, direct work with clinical pictures, i.e. for medicinal purposes, as non-medical therapists / coaches, is not permitted (Heilpraktikergesetz, etc.). Please inform yourself at the relevant health department at the place where you want to offer your coaching / therapy about a possibly necessary healing permit or a trade license.
The “Diploma” is only issued to graduates who are resident in Switzerland. All others receive a “certificate”, since depending on the country / state the “diploma” is reserved for certain bodies such as universities.
Even if topics such as the treatment of the subconscious of clients with existing medical conditions, pain or other symptoms are addressed in the video lessons and documents, we are guided by Swiss legislation and cannot refer to all global laws and rights. We emphasize again and again that treatment with hypnosis or conversation coaching / therapy according to Invaluation® does not replace medical or psychotherapeutic treatment. In addition, the word “therapist” used verbally in school supplies refers to countries in which the term “therapist” is not protected. Palacios Relations GmbH as well as the entities and persons working in partnership with it inform the participants to the best of their knowledge and belief with specialist information and advice, but cannot accept liability for the regional, universal, global, all-encompassing or unlimited validity of the knowledge. Palacios Relations GmbH rejects any liability with regard to the general validity of the information presented or contained in school material. Any liability for the application and execution is rejected by Palacios Relations GmbH as well as by the Younity GmbH cooperating with it. Younity and Palacios Relations GmbH reject any liability for negative consequences resulting from the use of the content learned. With the acceptance of the terms and conditions, the sole responsibility and liability for the execution of hypnosis / hypnosis coaching / conversation coaching according to Invaluation® / conversation therapy according to Invaluation® is accepted and assumed.

6. Privacy

We appreciate your trust and we take the utmost care to protect your personal data from unauthorized access. The same applies to updating your saved data sets.

The data necessary for the business transaction are stored and passed on to affiliated companies as part of the order processing.

 

7. Therapeutic services

By accepting the terms and conditions, you allow us to create a client dossier with your data. As part of the therapy, specific hypnotherapeutic methods and the resulting, expanding techniques and forms of therapy or conversation-therapeutic techniques from the Invaluation® method developed by Palacios Relations GmbH, as well as supplementary, situationally beneficial instruments from the mental area, are used. The success of the therapy depends on many factors and can neither be predicted nor assessed. Using the hypnotherapeutic service does not rule out the need for medical and / or further psychotherapeutic consultations. Hypnotherapy is suitable as a complementary application (i.e. supplement) to psychotherapy and / or conventional medicine. Palacios Relations assumes that the responsible psychiatrist / psychotherapist has been informed about this complementary medical session and is in agreement with it. Palacios Relations rejects any liability for negative consequences. With the legally binding signature, the customer confirms that he assumes sole responsibility and liability for all sorts of repercussions and consequences of the sessions, applicable to all therapists who treat / coach in partnership on the premises of Palacios Relations GmbH. If you are in psychiatric care, you are obliged to provide us with this information truthfully. The therapist assumes that the client is neither pregnant at the time of the consultation, that the client is not under the influence of alcohol or drugs and that there are medications and clinical pictures that could be important for the therapy, such as the heart in particular - and circulatory problems, announces, is of legal age and informed about possible psychological impairments (psychologically diagnosed disorders and clinical pictures, seizure disorders and restrictions). With the legally binding signature, the client ensures that all information in this document is truthfully provided. By accepting the terms and conditions, the client agrees to accept all of the conditions just mentioned in all subsequent meetings and training courses. Seminars and group meetings offered by Palacios Relations. The employees of Palacios Relations GmbH are subject to confidentiality.

8. Jurisdiction

Bern is the exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising directly or indirectly from the contractual relationship. The legal relationship is subject to Swiss law.
